Issues with the i Tunes library may appear straight after the update or after enabling i Cloud Music Library in i Tunes 12.2.
If you can’t update to mac OS 10.14 Mojave, you might still be able to get some updates for i Tunes (up to i Tunes 12.8).
Open the App Store on your Mac, then click Updates at the top of the App Store window.
i Tunes 12.2 with support for Apple Music came out yesterday and managed to create quite a stir for all the wrong reasons.
Some of us updated to the new version only to find our existing i Tunes library ridden with missing tracks and exclamation marks.
Step 10: Hold down the Shift key (Windows) or the Option key (Mac) and open i Tunes.
Step 11: Select i Tunes Library, click Choose Library.
Step 7: Press Alt Up arrow (Windows) or Cmd Up arrow (Mac). Step 9: Copy the YYYY-MM-DD file into your i Tunes folder.
Rename the copied "i Tunes” (without the quotation marks).
